Docker. One .env. One API key.

OpenOcti ships as a Docker Compose stack: the console, the OpenClaw agent runtime, Postiz social publishing, and a Gitea repository workspace, each with persistent storage. Plan for at least 8 GB RAM and 15 GB free disk. Run it on a VPS, a spare box, or any cloud. The CRM works with no keys; add one model key and the agents come online. It is on GitHub now.

OpenOcti runs on the same discipline as the pro install: versioned configuration, deliberate deployments, upgrades that stay boring. The difference is that you hold the keys from day one — there is no handoff, because it was never ours.
